To provide leadership and teamwork to enhance employee engagement while meeting company goals and expectations.Job Responsibilities Responsible for Safety - Quality - Production of all products producedLeadership and training of personnel to ensure succession and lines of progression for papermill and stock prepEmployee Engagement to achieve OEE, Safety, Production and Quality goalsDay to day operation of Paper machine and Stock PrepPartnership with other key department, Finance, Planning, Shipping, Maintenance to ensure compliance and meet company goalsDesired experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in paper makingMinimum 5 years of production team supervision with progressive advancement in the paper making industry in a leadership position (preferably Tissue)Strong mechanical  troubleshooting skills SAP  or other similar MES systemsStrong communication and presentation skillsTechnical competencies Strong computer skills Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, payroll knowledge i.e..
