What We Do:
The Infrastructure and Operations function provides operational support for core business areas of the Executive Office including: business specific data, information and technology management and support; workforce management; financial management; compliance; business continuity; contingency preparedness; operational risk management and event reporting; and business and executive assistance.
Your Role as Business Support Analyst:
Provide operational and analytical support of the Group by supporting a variety of processes, projects and initiatives;
Serve as a contributor in the overall coordination, quality assurance and ongoing improvement of key operational functions and processes to support the effectiveness and efficiency of the Group's core functions.
Contribute to or potentially lead ad hoc assignments, special projects, or initiatives. Participate in forums, training sessions, or work groups within the Group or the Bank.
Maintain the business area's site on the Bank's Intranet, including the development of communications vehicles in electronic format;
Support various Group and function SharePoint sites;
Coordinate the preparation of presentation and meeting materials as it relates to business operations activities
Serve as Business Area Liaison and Information Security Liaison including asset tracking and replacement, installation of computer hardware, and on/off boarding of equipment, software, network and information access; (i.e., PCs, laptops, communication devices, etc.);
Perform ad hoc hardware and software orders, software installations
Participate in technology and quality assurance testing:
Pilot test for new automated systems or enhancements to existing systems;
Serve as backup to Business Continuity Liaison, and participate in business continuity efforts (i.e. Relocation testing, Business Resumption Testing), annual business continuity planning and maintain business continuity tools
Assist in Group's risk self-assessment reviews and risk event recording, monitoring, escalation and trend analysis;
Assist with periodic reviews and certifications of software application status and access;
Assist with the maintenance and monitoring for all security clearance requests for Group employees via various applications
Create and review access requests
Assist in maintaining contents on information boards
Assist in the records management efforts through partnership with Group designated business area coordinators
Create purchasing requisitions and quote submissions;
