The Senior Manager - Creative Visual Experience will be responsible for driving the integrated global visual concepts. The Senior Manager - Creative Visual Experience will report into the VP - Visual Experience.

With your team, you will make best use of (2D/3D) to bring alive the VM experience, for windows, pop-ups, in-store presentation, showrooms, and brand pop-up events, marketing campaigns and installations.

You will take the energy and soul of the brand to new heights of imagination, break new boundaries and set new standards of artistic flair and possibilities.

This position will be focused on creating a positive new thinking disruptive force to an already successful House, seeking to lead the visual brand experience and expectation of its customers and followers.

Making a Visually Creative Impact across the world of COACH

Thesuccessful individual will leverage their proficiency and flair to ensure the following key responsibilities;

Windows and In-Store

  • Develop creative concepts for windows
  • Ability to adapt concepts to different store tiers (global flagships and core locations)
  • Ability to convey strong visual experience in store by partnering with global VM and Marketing teams (i. e. prop development, collaborate with marketing on any 2D collateral, etc.)

Pop-Ups

  • Research, explore, and develop creative concepts for all seasonal brand pop-ups
  • Ability to adapt pop-up design based on cost, location, and budget
  • Collaborate with 2D teams to ensure concepts and creative synergy with marketing collateral

Showrooms

  • Support VM team with showroom seasonal design across all markets/all channels
  • Areas of responsibilities include:
  • 3D concept
  • Furniture/soft furnishings
  • Overall aesthetic (music, smell, etc.)
  • Fixtures

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Experience in creating a 360o store and brand experience
  • Excellent eye for color along with material/fabrication understanding
  • Able to demonstrate the use of digital as an integrated tool that inspires and excites the customer with demonstrable experience in creative 3D visual design
  • Ideally a personal with 3D design skills with ability to generate 3D models
  • Ideally experience in Rhino, SketchUp, SolidWorks, or related software programs
  • Some proven strength in managing, motivating and leading a team
  • Experience in the luxury goods market is preferred
  • Collaborative with strong communication skills voicing ideas with passion
  • Honed experience of interfacing with internal and external partners and to manage projects to bring the best from all those involved
  • Strong organizational and time management skills delivering projects above and beyond expectation
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities at once demonstrating a multi-dimensional thought process
  • Instinctively taking ownership, responding to new situations, using initiative, working at pace and ensuring a sense of priority. Instilling trust and leadership to overcome any obstacles.
  • Able to demonstrate the use of digital as an integrated tool that inspires and excites the customer
